This Tech Pack project represents my complete approach to fashion product development and technical design, from initial concept to production-ready specifications. I developed every detail of the jacket, including technical flat sketches, garment construction, fabric and performance specifications, measurement charts, grading, stitching details, trims and accessories, labeling, packaging, and production planning. The jacket is designed as a functional Winter outerwear piece featuring a contemporary silhouette, multiple zipper pockets, panel construction, adjustable details, and a carefully developed color and material direction. The Tech Pack translates the creative design into clear technical information that can be followed accurately by manufacturers and production teams.For this project, I created the complete technical documentation myself, focusing on accuracy, functionality, construction quality, and production readiness. The pack includes detailed measurements and grading from S–XL, fabric performance requirements, stitch and seam specifications, zipper and trim details, brand labels, hang tags, folding and polybag instructions, carton packing, and a complete product-development timeline.
This project was developed as part of my fashion design and product-development studies under the guidance of my course teacher, Farah Binte Ali. It reflects my ability to transform a fashion concept into a structured, detailed, and professionally organized technical package ready for sampling and production.
